How should I store my Tillamook Country Smoker products?
Most of our jerky and meat sticks are shelf-stable and do not require refrigeration before opening. Once a package is opened, we recommend consuming it within three days or refrigerating it to maintain peak freshness and flavor.
Are your meat products gluten-free?
Many of our products are naturally gluten-free; however, some recipes contain soy sauce or other ingredients with gluten. Please check the specific ingredient list and allergen statement on each product page for detailed information.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the United States. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and to APO/FPO addresses. Due to international customs regulations regarding meat products, we are unable to ship outside of the country at this time.
